Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for AIDC, networking, and communication devices
- Analyze customer requirements to design tailored technical solutions
- Develop detailed proposals and technical documentation
- Collaborate with sales teams to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Provide pre-sales technical support and respond to customer inquiries
- Conduct competitive analysis and position products against alternatives
- Train sales teams on technical product features and applications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years in presales, technical sales, or solution engineering roles
- Strong knowledge of AIDC technologies (barcode/RFID), networking infrastructure, and two-way radio systems
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Certification in networking technologies (Cisco, Juniper) or AIDC systems preferred
- Ability to travel within Surabaya region and occasionally to other locations
