Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct technical consultations and requirement analysis for security system solutions
- Design and present customized security architecture proposals (CCTV, access control, etc.)
- Perform product demonstrations and proof-of-concept testing for prospective clients
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop compelling technical win strategies
- Prepare detailed technical documentation including RFP responses and system designs
- Provide post-sales technical support during implementation and handover phases
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging security technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of presales experience in security systems or related technology
- Deep technical knowledge of CCTV, access control, and integrated security solutions
- Strong presentation and communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience preparing technical proposals and system architecture documents
- Certification in security technologies (e.g., ONVIF, Axis, HID Global) preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
