Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for network and security solutions
- Develop detailed technical proposals and solution architectures tailored to client requirements
- Perform competitive analysis and market research to position our solutions effectively
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate technical specifications into client-facing deliverables
- Support sales teams throughout the entire sales cycle from qualification to closure
- Provide post-sales technical guidance during implementation and deployment phases
- Stay current with emerging technologies in networking and security domains
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in presales engineering or technical sales roles
- Expertise in networking technologies (routers, switches, firewalls) and security solutions
- Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Experience creating technical documentation and responding to RFPs
- Professional certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent security certifications)
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
