In this pivotal role, you will act as the technical bridge between our sales team and our clients, ensuring that complex solutions are understood and tailored to meet specific business needs. The position requires a high level of adaptability, as you will primarily operate from our branch office in Surabaya but must also be fully prepared to undertake business trips to outside the Surabaya area. Your expertise will be crucial in creating compelling presentations, demonstrating product capabilities, and supporting the installation process to drive customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with senior sales personnel to qualify leads, analyze client requirements, and propose robust technical solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct technical product presentations and live demonstrations for prospective clients to showcase system capabilities.
- Prepare detailed technical proposals, RFP responses, and sales decks in collaboration with the sales team.
- Travel to client sites (business trips) to assist with on-site presentations, installations, and post-installation support.
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions and service packages.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and up-to-date.
- Provide feedback on product features and market needs based on direct interactions with customers.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends relevant to our technology stack.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in a presales, sales engineering, or technical support role within the IT industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness and ability to travel for business trips and work in a branch office environment.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Basic knowledge of networking, system architecture, or relevant software solutions is highly preferred.
- A proactive problem-solving mindset with a strong customer service orientation.
