You'll collaborate closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements, develop tailored solutions, and ensure seamless implementation. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support to sales teams during pre-sales engagement
- Design and customize technology solutions aligned with customer requirements
- Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Analyze customer needs and propose optimal technical solutions
- Prepare technical documentation including proposals and solution architectures
- Collaborate with R&D to address technical challenges and product enhancements
- Conduct competitive analysis and position solutions against market alternatives
- Train sales teams on technical product features and applications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of pre-sales or technical support experience
- Deep knowledge of CCTV systems, IP networking, and security technology
- Strong presentation and communication skills with technical fluency
- Experience in solution design and technical proposal development
- Familiarity with Indonesian security market and regulatory requirements
- Certification in networking or security technologies (e.g., CCNA, CCTV systems)
- Proficiency in technical documentation tools and presentation software
