Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze customer business needs and translate them into effective technical network and security solutions.
- Conduct discovery calls and requirement gathering sessions with prospective clients.
- Design, quote, and present comprehensive technical proposals, including network topology and security strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility and technical accuracy.
- Provide expert technical support and live product demonstrations to potential buyers.
- Stay abreast of the latest network security trends, technologies, and industry standards (e.g., Firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS).
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, RFP responses, and technical whitepapers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Presales, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Sales within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, OSI), routing, switching, and firewall technologies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of network security concepts, including VPN, IDS/IPS, and secure access management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Ability to explain complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet sales targets and contribute to company growth.
