You will collaborate closely with our sales teams to deliver high-impact presentations, perform technical scoping, and drive the success of our end-to-end service offerings. Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with the sales team to analyze client requirements and develop comprehensive technical solutions.
- Design and architect solutions that align strictly with MoraRepublic service standards and infrastructure.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to stakeholders.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact during the pre-sales process to resolve complex inquiries.
- Support the drafting of technical proposals, scope-of-work documents, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Conduct feasibility studies to ensure solutions are technically viable and scalable.
- Provide technical training and knowledge transfers to internal sales teams regarding new service offerings.
- Coordinate with engineering and product teams to ensure post-sales delivery matches pre-sales promises.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Presales, Technical Support, or Solution Architecture role, preferably within the Telco/ISP industry.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, data center solutions, and fiber optic connectivity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in technical writing for proposals and documentation.
- Experience with MoraRepublic ecosystems or similar enterprise telecommunications portfolios is a significant advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-centric mindset.
