We are seeking a dynamic Presales Specialist to join our technical sales team in Batam. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between customer needs and our innovative AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capture), barcode, display, and CCTV solutions. You'll act as the technical authority during pre-sales engagements, providing expert demonstrations, solution design, and product training while collaborating with sales teams to drive revenue growth. This position requires deep technical acumen to translate complex product features into tangible business value for clients across various industries.
As a key technical advisor, you'll conduct product demonstrations, prepare customized proposals, and perform competitive analysis to position Harrisma's solutions effectively. You'll work closely with customers to understand operational challenges and develop tailored technical specifications. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct technical product demonstrations for AIDC systems, barcode scanners, industrial displays, and CCTV solutions
- Develop customized technical proposals and solution architectures aligned with customer requirements
- Collaborate with sales teams to qualify leads and provide pre-sales technical support throughout the sales cycle
- Delive product training to customers and internal stakeholders on technical specifications and applications
- Analyze customer workflows and recommend integrated solutions to optimize operational efficiency
- Prepare competitive analysis reports and technical documentation for tender processes
- Travel within Batam area for customer meetings, site assessments, and product installations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics, IT, or related field) or equivalent technical certification
- Minimum 2-3 years in presales, technical sales, or solution engineering role with AIDC/barcode/CCTV products
- Strong technical knowledge of barcode/RFID technologies, industrial displays, and CCTV systems
- Proven experience in solution design, product demonstrations, and proposal development
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certification in AIDC technologies (e.g., CompTIA RFID+, Bar Code Symbology) is advantageous
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English with strong presentation skills
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours within Batam area
