Metrodata is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Presales Support Jr. to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. As a Junior Presales Support, you will work closely with our Technical Consultants, Application Consultants, and System Consultants. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of operational activities, particularly regarding tender processes, documentation, and technical support documentation. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in complex IT solution architecture and enterprise sales cycles.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Technical and Application Consultants in preparing high-quality tender documents and technical proposals.
- Support the team in administrative and operational tasks related to the presales cycle.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather technical specifications for client requirements.
- Help prepare product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (POC) documentation.
- Maintain an organized database of technical manuals, brochures, and solution sheets.
- Participate in internal training sessions to stay updated with the latest IT solutions offered by Metrodata.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and client tender requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduate or candidate with 1-2 years of experience in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic IT infrastructure, software solutions, and enterprise technology.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, especially when reviewing technical documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight tender deadlines.
- Proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow within the IT industry.
