As our Presales Team Leader, you will act as the technical authority during the sales cycle, providing strategic oversight on complex deal structures, architecture design, and competitive positioning. The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of deep technical expertise in software development and the commercial acumen required to drive revenue growth.

You will play a critical role in mentoring our pre-sales staff, optimizing our demonstration processes, and collaborating closely with product development teams to ensure our offerings remain market-leading. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the Presales team, ensuring high-performance standards and professional development.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions to deeply understand client pain points and business requirements.
  • Oversee the design and development of compelling, customized technical demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
  • Act as the primary technical subject matter expert during high-stakes sales presentations and proposal responses (RFP/RFI).
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop strategic account plans and improve win rates.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to refine our go-to-market technical strategy.
  • Manage the internal feedback loop, translating customer requirements into actionable product features for the engineering team.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or software engineering.
  • Proven track record of managing or leading a technical team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of modern software development life cycles (SDLC) and cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for C-level stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering value-driven solutions.
  • Excellent proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both verbal and written.
