Are you a technical enthusiast with a passion for sales enablement and network architecture? Lippo Karawaci is seeking a dynamic Presales & Tech Support Engineer to join our expanding IT division in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between our complex technical infrastructure and our valued clients, ensuring that every solution we deliver is both high-performing and perfectly aligned with customer needs.
As a core member of our team, you will be responsible for designing robust network configurations, delivering compelling technical presentations, and providing high-level support throughout the implementation lifecycle. You will have the opportunity to work on large-scale projects within one of Indonesia's most prominent companies, gaining exposure to cutting-edge technologies and enterprise-grade network connectivity.
Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with the Sales team to analyze customer requirements and propose tailored technical solutions.
- Design, architect, and document scalable network solutions to meet diverse business demands.
- Prepare and deliver technical product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Provide expert technical guidance during the implementation and integration phases of projects.
- Act as a Tier-2 support escalation point to troubleshoot complex connectivity issues.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation regarding network configurations and service protocols.
- Conduct performance analysis and suggest optimizations to improve overall system reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Presales or Technical Support role.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, switching, and firewall management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in network design tools and troubleshooting utilities.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to solve complex problems under pressure.
- Fluent in Indonesian and professional proficiency in English.
