Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement robust pricing strategies to align with company goals and market conditions.
- Analyze complex datasets using advanced Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Index-Match) to identify pricing trends and opportunities.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Finance departments to adjust pricing models based on performance data and feedback.
- Maintain and update the centralized pricing database to ensure accuracy and consistency across all product lines.
- Prepare detailed monthly reports and presentations for senior management to support decision-making processes.
- Monitor price elasticity and recommend promotional strategies where necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data management.
- Proven experience in pricing, revenue management, or financial analysis.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to present data findings clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
