Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing strategies.
- Develop, maintain, and audit complex pricing models and financial spreadsheets.
- Prepare regular pricing reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Leasing, and Finance teams to support decision-making processes.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend pricing adjustments to maximize revenue.
- Ensure data integrity across all pricing systems and databases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or actuarial science.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and VBA.
- Experience with SQL or other data analysis tools is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
