We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Pricing Coordinator to join our commercial team in Mutiara Damansara. You will be responsible for managing the pricing lifecycle, from processing quotations to maintaining our internal databases. Tanggung Jawab
- Process and prepare accurate commercial quotations and tenders in a timely manner to meet client deadlines.
- Manage and update the pricing database to ensure all product information, costs, and margins are current.
- Conduct data analysis to identify pricing trends, market movements, and recommend adjustments.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and finance departments to resolve pricing discrepancies and contract queries.
- Prepare regular pricing reports and analytics for management review and strategic planning.
- Ensure strict adherence to company pricing policies, discount structures, and commercial terms.
- Assist in the coordination of pricing documentation and supporting materials for client negotiations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in pricing, commercial administration, or data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
