We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Professional I to join our Pricing, Bid, or Contract Management team in Cebu City. In this pivotal role, you will support the strategic pricing functions of the organization, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing solutions for our global footprint. You will act as a key liaison between the sales, finance, and operations teams, translating complex data into actionable pricing strategies.

Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze market data and competitor pricing strategies to support the preparation of accurate bid proposals and contract negotiations.
- Assist in the development and execution of pricing models, including Geo Pricer strategies to optimize profitability.
- Review and process pricing quotes and contracts to ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and pricing guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Legal) to ensure alignment on contract terms, renewal dates, and pricing adjustments.
- Monitor contract performance and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, or contract renewals.
- Maintain accurate records in the pricing database and ensure all documentation is up to date and accessible.
- Support the monthly pricing review process and provide insights on pricing variances.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in pricing, bid management, contract administration, or a related financial role (Junior level experience).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel functions and data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
