As a Primary Care Aide, you'll be responsible for conducting vital sign assessments, performing electrocardiograms (ECGs), conducting point-of-care testing (POCT), and setting up clinical equipment for various health initiatives. You'll play a crucial role in our corporate annual physical examinations (APEs) and community health missions, ensuring that healthcare services are accessible to all.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct accurate vital sign assessments including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiratory rate
- Perform electrocardiograms (ECGs) and interpret basic results
- Execute point-of-care testing (POCT) procedures following established protocols
- Set up and prepare clinical equipment and examination areas for corporate APEs and community health missions
- Assist healthcare professionals during patient examinations and procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of all tests and procedures
- Ensure proper infection control and safety protocols are followed at all times
- Provide basic health education and guidance to patients as directed
Kualifikasi
- Certificate in Caregiving or related healthcare course
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Experience in conducting vital signs, ECGs, and POCT procedures
- Familiarity with clinical equipment setup and maintenance
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse populations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, mobile environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in testing and documentation
- Physical ability to travel and work in various settings including community locations
