Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality, comprehensive medical examinations and primary care services to patients of all ages.
- Act as the clinical lead for the facility, overseeing medical operations and staff performance.
- Conduct professional telemedicine consultations to ensure accessible healthcare delivery.
- Manage patient referrals to specialists, ensuring continuity of care and proactive follow-ups.
- Maintain precise and compliant medical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols to enhance patient safety and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to improve patient outcomes and clinic services.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a licensed Physician in the Philippines (PRC License holder).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in primary care or family medicine.
- Previous leadership or clinic management experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and modern office software.
- Deep understanding of medical ethics, local health regulations, and patient confidentiality.
