Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with patients and healthcare providers to ensure efficient primary care service delivery.
- Review medical documents and health records to verify eligibility and coverage according to company guidelines.
- Provide accurate information and support regarding Maxicare health plans and medical services to members.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve patient queries, authorization requests, and administrative concerns.
- Maintain high standards of data privacy and patient confidentiality in all communications.
- Utilize internal systems to document interactions, update member records, and track service status.
- Assist in the preparation of medical reports and administrative documentation as required by the clinical team.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of any Medical Allied course (e.g., Nursing, Physical Therapy, Medical Technology, Pharmacy, or related fields).
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; previous experience in an HMO or clinical setting is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and local dialects.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle medical terminologies accurately.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Willingness to work on-site at the Cebu Exchange and adapt to shifting schedules.
