Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, regulate, and supervise all day-to-day production operations to meet output targets and schedules.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., SCM, Engineering, Quality) to ensure seamless production flow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Implement and enforce robust quality control measures and standards throughout the manufacturing process, adhering to global and local regulations.
- Develop and execute strategies for continuous improvement, process optimization, and waste reduction (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma principles).
- Manage production budgets, optimize resource allocation (manpower, materials, machinery), and control inventory levels efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies, fostering a safe working environment.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate production staff, fostering a high-performance team environment and promoting professional development.
- Prepare and present comprehensive production performance reports, analyses, and forecasts to senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical), Operations Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or supervisory role within a production environment.
- Proven expertise in production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO) and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing, motivating, and developing large, diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
