We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Principal Engineer - Electrical to lead our engineering oversight for critical data center projects across Indonesia. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end electrical engineering lifecycle for data center construction and retrofit projects in Indonesia.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian national electrical codes (PUIL) and international data center standards (TIA-942, Uptime Tier III/IV).
- Design and review power distribution layouts, UPS systems, generators, and backup power infrastructure.
- Conduct regular site inspections, technical audits, and quality control assessments to mitigate risks.
- Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers, providing technical guidance and professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, civil, and project management to resolve technical constraints.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee subcontractor performance to ensure project milestones are met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (S1) from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or principal engineering role within data centers or heavy industry.
- Strong expertise in Low Voltage (LV), Medium Voltage (MV), and High Voltage (HV) systems.
- Deep knowledge of UPS, generators, PDUs, and switchgear.
- Professional certification (e.g., Registered Professional Engineer, Certified Energy Manager) is highly preferred.
- Excellent command of English and Indonesian; proficiency in technical documentation is essential.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale engineering projects within budget and timeline constraints.
