Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive electrical engineering oversight for data center construction projects in Indonesia
- Review and approve power distribution systems, lighting designs, and grounding configurations
- Ensure compliance with local codes, international standards (NEC/IEEE), and project specifications
- Lead technical troubleshooting during implementation and commissioning phases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve engineering challenges and maintain project timelines
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff through knowledge sharing and best practice implementation
- Conduct site inspections and provide recommendations for system optimization
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation including schematics and compliance reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with 5+ years in data centers or large-scale industrial projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification
- Expertise in power distribution systems, emergency power systems, and electrical safety protocols
- Proven experience with Indonesian national electrical codes and regional regulations
- Advanced proficiency in electrical design software (ETAP, AutoCAD, SKM PowerTools)
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical teams and projects
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
