- Lead financial reporting processes, including preparation of financial statements, management accounts, and regulatory filings
- Provide financial analysis and insights to senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Manage and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Implement financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Conduct financial audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in financial accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to translate complex financial information
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing accounting teams
- Proven ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
