Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement management strategies to optimize operational efficiency across departments.
- Oversee daily business operations and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.
- Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to executive management.
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering a high-performance culture and professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline communication and project execution.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership to support high-level decision-making.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize operational output.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably within a large-scale corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and HLOOKUP.
- Expert-level presentation skills using Microsoft PowerPoint to visualize data and strategic plans.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret business data and market trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and handle multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.
