In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of supervisors and store managers, ensuring that our high standards of customer service and operational excellence are met across all locations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing inventory, and fostering a positive work environment. You will utilize your advanced Excel skills to analyze performance data and generate insightful reports to guide strategic decisions.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily store operations and ensure strict compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics using advanced Microsoft Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of supervisors and staff to boost morale, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with regional management to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement coaching plans to support team development.
- Manage inventory levels, stock accuracy, and supply chain logistics to minimize losses.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are upheld by resolving complex complaints and handling escalations.
- Prepare detailed presentations and reports for executive leadership using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and HLOOKUP) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred for field visits).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
