Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic leadership and clinical oversight for the hospital pharmacy department.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and medication management policies to ensure patient safety.
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize patient medication therapy and clinical outcomes.
- Lead and mentor a team of senior pharmacists and technicians, fostering professional development.
- Oversee complex pharmacy operations, including procurement, inventory management, and dispensing processes.
- Participate in hospital committees and lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
- Conduct clinical research and contribute to the advancement of pharmaceutical practices within the institution.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and professional guidelines set by the Ministry of Health.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD from a recognized institution.
- Full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC) with a valid Practising Certificate.
- At least 8-10 years of clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting, including leadership roles.
- Postgraduate qualification (e.g., Board Certification or Master’s degree) in a clinical specialty is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to influence multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven ability to manage complex clinical cases and operational challenges.
- Deep knowledge of hospital pharmacy regulations and healthcare standards in Singapore.
