Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct advanced clinical laboratory testing and research analysis in the field of pathology.
- Oversee and manage daily laboratory operations, ensuring strict adherence to quality control protocols.
- Develop, validate, and implement new laboratory methods and testing procedures.
- Mentor and supervise junior laboratory staff, providing technical guidance and training.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and present findings to research stakeholders and medical teams.
- Ensure strict compliance with hospital policies, safety regulations, and international laboratory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing clinical trials and research projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related biological science field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of post-qualification experience in a clinical pathology laboratory or research setting.
- Registered Medical Laboratory Scientist (RMLS) or equivalent professional licensure.
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of hematology, microbiology, and tissue pathology.
- Proven experience in research and development (R&D) within a healthcare environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure team environment.
