Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and control various printing machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor print quality and make necessary adjustments to maintain standards
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment
- Prepare and load printing materials including paper, inks, and substrates
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues and report major problems to maintenance team
- Maintain accurate production records and quality control documentation
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent technical education
- Previous experience operating printing machinery preferred
- Basic knowledge of printing processes and color management
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and instructions
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25kg
- Willingness to work in shifts if required
