Join Techpack as a Printing Leader and spearhead our manufacturing excellence in Mojokerto. This critical role ensures all printed products meet Albea Indonesia's specifications and customer expectations while driving successful project launches. You'll lead production teams to maintain stringent quality standards, optimize operational efficiency, and implement innovative printing technologies. Your expertise will bridge technical requirements with production execution, ensuring timely delivery of premium packaging solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all printed products comply with Albea Indonesia specifications and customer requirements
- Lead and manage printing production teams to achieve quality targets and delivery deadlines
- Oversee successful implementation of new printing projects and product launches
- Monitor production processes to maintain consistent quality and operational efficiency
- Implement and enforce quality control systems and industry best practices
- Collaborate with R&D, sales, and logistics teams to align production with market needs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in printing technologies and production methods
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in printing operations with 2+ years in leadership role
- Strong knowledge of printing technologies, quality standards, and production processes
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects
- Experience with ISO standards and quality management systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to technical details
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English for international collaboration
