Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end printing operations to ensure production targets are met with minimal downtime.
- Manage and mentor a team of printing technicians, fostering an environment of skill development and safety.
- Perform regular equipment inspections and coordinate preventative maintenance schedules with the engineering team.
- Monitor and enforce strict quality control standards to ensure all print output meets company specifications.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for increased efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations in the printing department.
- Manage inventory levels of printing consumables and ink, ensuring optimal usage and cost control.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume printing or packaging manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of modern printing technologies, machinery, and production workflows.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of driving performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to shifting production schedules.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia).
