Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain digital/offset printing equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor printing processes to maintain color consistency and print quality
- Perform routine maintenance, calibrations, and troubleshooting of printing machinery
- Collaborate with production teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments
- Manage inventory of printing supplies and order replacements as needed
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations in the workspace
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in printing preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in printing operations or related manufacturing
- Proficiency in prepress software and color management systems
- Strong mechanical aptitude with problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of different printing techniques (offset, digital, flexography)
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
