You will collaborate closely with the MD's executive assistant to coordinate schedules and ensure seamless transportation logistics across Penang and beyond.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide safe, punctual, and confidential transportation for the Managing Director
- Maintain executive vehicle in optimal condition through regular cleaning, servicing, and inspections
- Plan efficient routes and adapt to real-time traffic/weather conditions
- Uphold strict confidentiality protocols for all conversations and documents
- Anticipate travel needs and provide discreet assistance during engagements
- Coordinate schedules with executive assistant for seamless logistics
- Ensure vehicle is equipped with necessary amenities and emergency supplies
- Represent ZW Packaging with professional demeanor in all interactions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years professional chauffeur or executive driving experience
- Clean, valid Class D driving license with impeccable record
- Exceptional situational awareness and defensive driving skills
- Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Deep knowledge of Penang routes and traffic patterns
- Physical ability to assist with luggage and mobility needs
- Professional appearance and polished communication skills
