Are you a digital strategist with a passion for building communities and driving sales? Susu Life Indonesia is looking for a dynamic Private Domain Operations Specialist to oversee our online community-selling initiatives. In this role, you will be the backbone of our digital customer journey, managing private groups and online channels to foster brand loyalty and accelerate conversion rates.
The ideal candidate is an expert in social commerce, understands the nuances of online engagement, and knows how to transform a digital community into a high-performing sales engine. You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to create seamless experiences for our members, ensuring that every interaction within our private domains contributes to our growth and brand reputation.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and moderate private online communities to ensure high engagement and brand alignment.
- Develop and execute community-based selling strategies to drive monthly revenue targets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to launch exclusive product offerings and promotions within private domains.
- Analyze community interaction data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for conversion optimization.
- Provide prompt, professional support to community members to improve retention and customer satisfaction.
- Design and implement creative content strategies that nurture leads and encourage user-generated content.
- Monitor community health and sentiment, taking proactive measures to maintain a positive environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in online community management, social commerce, or private domain operations.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian social media landscape and digital sales funnels.
- Proven track record of managing high-traffic online groups (e.g., Telegram, WhatsApp, or private platforms).
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate raw data into actionable sales strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple community accounts simultaneously.
