Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the employer's personal calendar, appointments, and social commitments.
- Coordinate household staff, vendors, and service providers for private estate maintenance.
- Handle private correspondence, travel arrangements, and personal event planning.
- Ensure smooth operation of the private office by managing filing systems, digital records, and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with family members or business associates on personal matters as required.
- Run errands and manage procurement for personal lifestyle needs.
- Provide discrete administrative support while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in personal assistance, executive support, or office management.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital productivity tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to potential issues.
- Impeccable time management skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding private family matters.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
