- Lead end-to-end process optimization initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Develop and implement process excellence frameworks aligned with business objectives

- Drive change management strategies to ensure sustainable process adoption
- Mentor and coach teams on process improvement best practices
- Report process KPIs and ROI to senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in process excellence or operational improvement roles
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred)
- Proven experience leading cross-functional process transformation projects
- Expertise in process mapping, data analysis, and performance metrics
- Strong stakeholder management and change leadership skills
- Proficiency in process automation and digital transformation tools
