Join Vestas as a Process Excellence Manager and play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement across our financial processes. In this position, you'll be responsible for optimizing our Procure to Pay and Record to Report workflows, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead process improvement initiatives for Procure to Pay and Record to Report functions
- Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
- Design and implement process optimization strategies aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of process changes
- Develop and maintain process documentation, standards, and best practices
- Monitor process performance through KPIs and provide regular reports to stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement culture and facilitate Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process excellence, business analysis, or operational improvement
- Experience with Procure to Pay and Record to Report processes is essential
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and identify trends
- Excellent project management skills with proven track record of delivering process improvements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP or Oracle
