Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of master data across all relevant departments to ensure business integrity.
- Support and streamline warehouse operational activities by providing reliable data insights and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement solutions.
- Conduct regular audits of existing data and operational workflows to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Generate and analyze comprehensive reports to support decision-making regarding warehouse logistics and inventory.
- Optimize data entry workflows and documentation procedures to minimize errors and increase operational speed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for data-related inquiries within the warehouse and operational departments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process improvement, data management, or warehouse operations is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP or WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is an advantage.
