- Develop process mapping documentation and standard operating procedures
- Implement Lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collect and analyze operational data to support decision-making

- Support the development of KPIs and performance tracking systems
- Document process changes and maintain improvement databases

Kualifikasi
- Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles or process improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team settings
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Interest in the Fragrance & Beauty industry preferred
