This critical role involves optimizing production workflows, implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all operational stages. - Analyze current production workflows and SOPs to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Develop and implement Lean Six Sigma projects to reduce operational costs and improve productivity
- Lead cross-functional teams in process redesign and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to measure improvement outcomes
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Train staff on new processes and operational best practices
- Document process changes and maintain updated SOPs
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to optimize end-to-end operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in process improvement or operational excellence roles
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), or similar methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and statistical analysis software
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environments
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proven track record of implementing successful process improvements
