Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end meter reading process to ensure 100% data accuracy and timely reporting.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of meter reading associates to achieve operational KPIs and performance targets.
- Analyze daily operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement effective process improvements.
- Maintain high service levels by resolving complex escalations and addressing performance deviations promptly.
- Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with company standards and client specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and integrate new technological tools.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for management highlighting team performance and process efficiency trends.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations, data management, or customer service leadership.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
