You'll spearhead daily production performance initiatives, implement and optimize the Daily Management System (DMS), and lead continuous improvement activities to eliminate waste and enhance efficiency. - Lead daily production performance monitoring and optimization initiatives
- Implement and sustain the Daily Management System (DMS) for operational excellence
- Drive continuous improvement projects to eliminate losses and enhance productivity
- Strengthen team capabilities through targeted coaching and skill development
- Ensure consistent quality standards and compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production bottlenecks
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions
- Facilitate problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, Root Cause Analysis)
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years in manufacturing leadership or process management role
- Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Proven experience implementing Daily Management Systems (DMS)
- Advanced problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Experience with production KPI monitoring and reporting
- Familiarity with ISO and safety management systems
