Cardinal Health is seeking a detailâoriented Process Mapping Analyst to join our Night Shift team in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila. In this hybrid role, you will conduct endâtoâend process analysis, leverage advanced root cause analysis (RCA) techniques, and apply process mining and modeling tools to drive continuous improvement across our customer service operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead endâtoâend process analysis and documentation using MS Visio and Lucidchart.
- Apply advanced root cause analysis (RCA) techniques to identify improvement opportunities.
- Utilize process mining tools to discover, monitor, and enhance operational workflows.
- Partner with business stakeholders to design and implement sustainable process improvements.
- Develop and maintain process maps, flowcharts, SOPs, and training materials.
- Support Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (LSSYB) initiatives and promote a culture of dataâdriven decision making.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare concise reports for management.
- Provide mentorship and training on process mapping best practices across the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process mapping and analysis using MS Visio or Lucidchart.
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (LSSYB) certification or willingness to obtain within the first six months.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process mining and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Detailâoriented mindset, capable of working in a nightâshift hybrid environment.
- Familiarity with BPMN notation, process documentation standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Prior exposure to a BPO or customer service setting is a plus.
