Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement quality control protocols to ensure product compliance with industry standards
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for quality deviations
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes
- Monitor process performance using statistical methods and quality tools
- Conduct supplier quality audits and ensure component compliance
- Train production staff on quality standards and best practices
- Prepare quality reports and maintain accurate documentation systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality engineering or manufacturing quality roles
- Proficiency in quality methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA, SPC)
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other quality management systems
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in problem-solving techniques
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
