Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures to ensure manufacturing processes meet established standards
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production lines to identify and address quality issues
- Analyze quality data and reports to identify trends, root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related problems
- Train production staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices
- Manage supplier quality assurance programs and conduct supplier audits
- Stay updated on industry quality standards and regulations, ensuring compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality engineering or process improvement
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D, etc.)
- Experience with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools
