Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures for manufacturing operations.
- Monitor production lines and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality deviations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D teams to integrate quality-by-design principles into new product development and process improvements.
- Perform regular quality audits and inspections of materials, in-process production, and finished products.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control techniques and best practices.
- Document all quality-related activities, reports, and data for traceability and compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Process Quality, Quality Assurance, or Quality Control role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D Problem Solving, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
- Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
