Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards
- Implement process optimization strategies to improve productivity and reduce waste
- Monitor production metrics and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities
- Train and supervise production staff on operational procedures and safety protocols
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficiency in process mapping and data analysis tools
- Leadership experience with proven team management abilities
- Understanding of ISO and quality management systems
