Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all daily production process activities within the Production Department.
- Ensure the achievement of company targets, with a primary focus on Quality Objectives.
- Monitor and control the finishing stages of production to ensure product excellence.
- Operate machinery and production equipment safely and in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Maintain accurate production logs and reports to track daily output.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production quotas.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational qualification (SMK).
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, processing, or production environment is highly preferred.
- Basic understanding of quality control standards and production workflows.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks on the production floor.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects or quality issues.
- Good communication skills and a cooperative attitude within a team setting.
- Willingness to follow instructions and adapt to changing production schedules.
