Tanggung Jawab
- Review and validate insurance placement/booking requests against compliance guidelines
- Process high-volume transactions with 99.9% accuracy within SLAs
- Maintain organized digital records of all processed documents
- Collaborate with Marketing AOs to clarify requirements and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor transaction queues and prioritize urgent requests based on business impact
- Generate daily/weekly processing reports for management review
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in transaction processing or insurance operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of insurance products and regulatory frameworks (Philippine context)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
