Are you an expert in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes looking to elevate your career in a dynamic BPO/IT environment? John Clements is currently seeking a highly skilled Procure-to-Pay (PTP) Subject Matter Expert to join our team in Naga City. This is a strategic role designed for individuals who thrive on process optimization, stakeholder management, and driving operational excellence within global finance ecosystems.
As our PTP SME, you will serve as the primary point of contact for complex procurement and accounts payable inquiries. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining internal controls, ensuring vendor compliance, and spearheading initiatives to streamline the end-to-end PTP lifecycle. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert guidance on the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process, including requisitioning, PO management, invoicing, and payment execution.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex process issues and drive timely resolutions.
- Monitor and analyze PTP metrics to identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Ensure full compliance with global financial policies, tax regulations, and internal audit requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Treasury, and IT, to optimize system performance and integration.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) for system upgrades or new PTP module implementations.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance the technical proficiency of the PTP support team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in PTP/Accounts Payable operations within a BPO or shared services environment.
- Deep functional knowledge of major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Coupa).
- Proven track record in process transformation and change management.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and drive actionable insights.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing both internal teams and external vendors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
