We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to join our team and support the procurement process for various projects, including construction, interior design, fit-out, and retail needs. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient sourcing of materials and services while optimizing costs and maintaining quality standards. If you have a strong background in supply chain management and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with project managers and finance teams to align procurement activities with project timelines and budgets. You will also be responsible for evaluating supplier performance and maintaining accurate records of all transactions to ensure smooth project delivery.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers for construction materials, interior fit-out, and retail supplies.
- Analyze spending patterns to develop strategies for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, from requisition to order placement and delivery follow-up.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts and service agreements with vendors to ensure favorable terms.
- Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to align procurement activities with project timelines and budgets.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and inventory tracking systems.
- Evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, specifically within the construction, interior design, or retail industries.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and financial reports.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is highly preferred.
