- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies for interior fit-outs and furniture categories.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors, negotiating favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of existing suppliers to ensure performance and resolve issues.
- Conduct market analysis and cost benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities and supply chain efficiencies.
- Oversee the procurement lifecycle from purchase requisition to order delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with design and project teams to align sourcing activities with project specifications and timelines.
- Monitor vendor performance metrics and conduct regular business reviews to drive continuous improvement.
- Mitigate supply chain risks by diversifying the supplier base and maintaining contingency plans.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management, specifically in the interior design, furniture, or construction industry.
- Proven track record of negotiating and managing contracts with local and international vendors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of the furniture market, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal).
